Welcome to Security Foundations, a service of Net Reaction, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cybersecurity assessment and monitoring platform (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Access to the Service is provided through your organization or a partner organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share your account access with others without authorization

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Access data or accounts you're not authorized to access
• Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Share or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights

Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data

Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data
• You should maintain your own backups of important data

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

• The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is our property
• You are granted a limited license to use the Service as intended
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

Generated Documents

• Documents generated through the Service (such as security policies) are yours to use and modify

• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us
• You remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate the Service with 30 days' notice
• We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Security Disclaimer

While our Service is designed to help improve your security posture, it does not guarantee protection against all cyber threats. The generated documents and recommendations are guidance only and should be reviewed by qualified professionals as appropriate for your specific situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
